The Importance Of Doing A Late Fall Detox

So, now that you know why you should do a fall/autumn detox, you’re probably wondering what the purpose of the late fall detox is. Well as we transition between seasons there are pockets, if you will, within the transition that exist.

Generally speaking, we do not go from autumn straight into winter. It takes time to transition into winter, and that period of time we call late fall.

It is during this period that your colon, intestines, and lungs are working diligently to adjust to the shift into winter.

As mentioned before in the last blog post, the fall/autumn elemental detox is geared towards moving away from the summer diet (fruits, deserts, BBQ’s, etc.) towards more fuller meals.  Essentially, a sugar detox.

The late fall detox however, is a 15 day cleanse that provides a final tune-up, which helps to guard against the seasonal health challenges of the winter.

With the late fall detox, you can expect to build up your immune system, rebalance your body, cleanse your colon, intestines and lungs and even lose that vacation weight.
