Each ingredient in this liver and gallbladder juice shake serves a specific purpose in promoting liver and gallbladder health. This a perfect drink to have during the spring season on its own or as part of a Spring Detox Program.
Ingredients:
- 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 Stalks celery, chopped
- 1 Bunch of cilantro or Parsley
- 1 Head of cabbage, chopped
- 1/8 Beet, chopped
- 4 Tbsps Coconut cream
- 1 Egg Yolk*
Instructions:
- Wash and prepare all the ingredients as mentioned above.
- Process all the ingredients, excluding the coconut fat and egg yolk into a juicer.
- Strain juice if you prefer to remove all the pulp.
- Add juice, coconut fat & egg yolk in a blender.
- Blend on high until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Pour the juice shake into a glass and enjoy!
