Richard Campbell is our first international guest by way of Toronto Ontario Canada. He has been competing as a Vegan Body Builder since 2013 shattering the myth about
vegans not being able to gain muscle! He is 6 ft tall and weighs over 200 pounds of solid muscle with 18 inch arms and a 29 inch waist. Looking at his pictures since becoming vegan he appears to be getting even bigger and stronger. When he is not hitting the weights and competing he is an elementary school counselor and personal trainer. Richard is also a member of the Plant Based Vegan Muscle Team.
